Confirm Your Booking
1. Booking & Payment
1.1 The buyer can book a machine/product for a period of 7 days by paying an advance of 5% of the asset value.
1.2 The booking amount must be paid through the designated payment methods available on the TPH platform.
1.3 Booking a machine/product does not guarantee purchase; it only ensures priority access and the opportunity to complete due diligence as the machine will be blocked for other TPH users. 2. Buyer Responsibilities Post-Booking
Upon successful payment, the buyer must complete the following within the 7-day booking period:
2.1 Schedule an Inspection: Contact the TPH team to arrange an appointment for a physical inspection of the machine/product.
2.2 Negotiate & Finalize Terms: Work with TPH and the seller to finalize the asset’s value and establish terms for removal/lifting from the seller’s premises.
2.3 Arrange Payment: If the machine/product is deemed satisfactory, the buyer must arrange for the remaining payment (final agreed deal value minus the advance paid). 3. Refund Policy
The booking amount (less applicable deductions) will be refunded in the following cases:
3.1 Seller Rejects the Offer: If the seller does not agree to proceed with the sale.
3.2 Machine/Product Not Suitable: If the machine/product is found unsuitable upon inspection.
3.3 Failure to Complete Inspection/Negotiation: If the buyer is unable to schedule an inspection, negotiate, or coordinate within the 7-day booking period.
3.4 Buyer Opts Out: If the buyer decides not to pursue the purchase for any reason. 4. Deductions & Fees
4.1 In case of a refund, a platform fee of 2% of the booking amount + GST will be deducted as a service charge.
4.2 The remaining amount will be refunded through the original payment method within 7-10 business days. 5. Additional Terms
5.1 If the buyer fails to take any action within the 7-day booking period, the booking will expire, and the amount paid will be non-refundable.
5.2 The buyer acknowledges that TPH serves as an intermediary platform and is not liable for the machine’s condition, seller’s decisions, or the outcome of negotiations.
5.3 Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved as per the dispute resolution mechanism outlined in TPH's general Terms of Service.

Assets can be inspected by appointment only. Contact Team TPH to schedule your visit.
Booking & Offers:
Found the right machine? Secure it for 7 days with a nominal booking fee, giving you time for inspection, price negotiation, and finalizing terms.
If multiple offers are received during this period, the seller reserves the right to choose the most suitable one.
Rigging & Logistics:
Once the deal is finalized, Team TPH can help you with optional services for packing, decommissioning, loading, lifting, transportation, and in-transit insurance.
Enjoy multiple VAS options and with just 1% + GST as an additional TPH Service Fees over and above the VAS charges, making your transactions stress-free.
