4. TPH is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from the services provided by VAS Providers.

6. Fees and Payments

1. Any applicable subscription or listing fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Shipping, Logistics, and Insurance

4. In cases of fraudulent activity, TPH reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts.

9. Intellectual Property

1. All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on TPH belong to the respective owners.
2. Users may not copy, distribute, or use platform content without explicit permission.
3. Listings and service descriptions remain the property of the respective Sellers and VAS Providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

1. TPH provides an online marketplace but does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or legality of listings.
2. TPH is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from platform use.
3. Users acknowledge that they transact at their own risk.
