We are seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves customer interaction, on-field machine visits, solution-based selling, and driving sales growth through new business development and client retention.

- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand needs
- Conduct on-site visits for machine/equipment evaluation
- Present tailored solutions and close sales
- Build long-term relationships with industrial clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in industrial/B2B sales
- Proven ability in business development and customer service
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage field visits and develop leads.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the industrial sector is highly preferred
