We are seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves customer interaction, on-field machine visits, solution-based selling, and driving sales growth through new business development and client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with potential and existing customers to understand needs
  2. Conduct on-site visits for machine/equipment evaluation
  3. Present tailored solutions and close sales
  4. Build long-term relationships with industrial clients
  5. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications:

  1. Strong experience in industrial/B2B sales
  2. Proven ability in business development and customer service
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  4. Ability to manage field visits and develop leads.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  6. Experience in the industrial sector is highly preferred
